Annual General Meeting

Arawa Bowling Club, 64 Lytton Street, Rotorua

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Grey Power Rotorua. The AGM is the time when all members are able to vote for the committee members for the following year. Nominations are open for President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and General Committee Members (up to 11).

We will also need to approve the constitution which had to be updated due to a major update of the Incorporated Society Act.

All the relevant documentation will be available shortly.

After the formal part, it is refreshment time. We are looking forward to see you all at the AGM.
